We’re looking forward to the most enchanting time of the year, Christmas…
We’ll be drawing inspiration from festive folklore, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy, with centuries-old tales of Jack Frost, the whimsical legends behind pixies and elves, and the magnificent creatures roaming our ancient woodlands.
The estate will be adorned with winter florals and opulent, seasonal décor, setting a scene to feast the senses.
Here’s how you can make the most of this magical season with us…
Ice Skating at Estelle Manor
From Saturday 30th November – Sunday 5th January 2025
Strap on you skates for a season like no other… our festive centrepiece this year is the Estelle Manor Ice Rink!
We’ve created a picture-perfect Christmas setting on our north lawn and our classic rink will be aglow with festoon lighting and ready for up to 60 skaters. Alongside our rink you can enjoy a festive food market offering winter warmers from Bratwurst sausages and tasty pretzels to mulled wine and spoiling hot chocolates.
Tickets for hotel guests are £30 for adults and £20 for children for an hour.
2024 will mark the inaugural year of this spectacular activation, which is certainly not to be missed.
Festive Dining

Relieve the seasonal stress by indulging in festive gatherings with your nearest and dearest while you stay with us. Nothing takes the edge off last-minute gift-buying like a good feed!
The Brasserie will be offering a three-course menu, The Glasshouse will offer festive specials within the feasting menu and The Billiards Room will continue to offer an a la carte menu of traditional Chinese dishes.
Please note that dining is only bookable by hotel guests or members.
Our Christmas Staycation…
Stay with us on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day for the full-blown manor yuletide experience.
Embrace the splendour of the season with a wide raft of activities all included, from meeting Santa and belting out your best-loved carols around the piano, to enjoying live music and late-night DJs across the estate, there’s something for everyone…
Take a turn on the ice rink before heading to the Living Room for a restorative Eggnog or Xmas Punch. Admire our Gingerbread Manor (complete with little Landies) or stop by our live artist to capture your magical memories forever. Little ones can write and post their letter to Saint Nick, and we’ll do our very best to ensure the stockings deliver! We’ll host story time Christmas Tales, cookie decorating classes, and all your favourite Christmas movies on our big screen throughout the four days.
We’ll also include a Champagne breakfast on Christmas Day, followed by lunch in The Brasserie, The Glasshouse or The Billiards Room, with all the trimmings of course!
Come Boxing Day, why not blow off the cobwebs with an exhilarating morning swim, followed by a treasure hunt for the whole family….

Our New Year’s Eve Sleepover
Check-in on either Monday 30th December or Tuesday 31st December and stay for two nights to experience our full NYE estate celebration!
Ease yourself in on 30th December with our birds of prey experience for all the family as well as marshmallow roasting with spoiling hot chocolates over our fire pits. Catch seasonal movies on our big screen plus our live artist will be on hand to capture the memory of your stay.
Come evening, grown-ups can head to the Potting Shed for a festive cocktail soirée before live music starts in the Manor House. Those brave enough for two nights on the trot can hunker down for a nightcap, while our resident DJ takes to the decks…
Start your New Year’s Eve with a lie-in and delicious breakfast! Our tarot card reader will get things started in the afternoon to prepare you for the year ahead…
As darkness approaches, don your finest gilded attire ready for your New Year’s Eve dinner, which is included in your stay. The Brasserie will be offering a sumptuous three-course menu set to a soundtrack of ‘big band’ classics, The Billiards Room will offer Chinese New Year delicacies with retro hip-hop tunes from our DJ, whilst The Glasshouse will welcome families for an early countdown at 9pm, with elevated specials served from the feasting table!
After a night of decadence and dancing, you can fall into your bed just a stone’s throw away!
Begin the first day of the year with a glass of Champagne and a hearty breakfast, followed by an uplifting New Year’s Day swim. Little ones can get stuck into an outdoor treasure hunt in our Walled Garden.
Those seeking some respite post-party can head to Eynsham Baths for a selection of wellness classes to soothe the body and soul. We’ll be running sound healing sessions in The Shala, our holistic studio, throughout the day.
