Family Activities
We’ve plenty to keep the whole family entertained at Estelle Manor. Whether you’re coming with toddlers, tweens or teens, there’s something for all ages on the estate.
3 – 12 YEAR OLDS
Little Adventurers Programme
This May half-term we’ve got a wide range of fully supervised kid’s activities on the cards. Adventure awaits around every corner…
Suited for little ones aged between 3- 12 years, children can really get their hands dirty with a programme focused on discovering new and exciting things in the natural countryside around them. Expect everything from den building, bug hunts and gardening through to natural crafts, archery and fire lighting. There’s also orienteering, a woodland safari and slingshot and catapult practise!
Little Landies
Our mini Landies are ready for your petite petrolheads! Suitable for kids from the age of two upwards, children can get behind the wheel for the first time and test drive our adventure course in a scaled-down perfect replica.
Little explorers can roam free around a fun but simple course, avoiding hay bales and other obstacles!
Age: 2 – 5yrs.
Children must be accompanied by an adult in the vehicle.
Junior Off-roaders
After honing their driving skills on the adventure course, children can challenge themselves on our off-road course, under the guidance of an instructor. Venture through the woodland, up ramps, around ancient trees and trickier terrains.
Age: 6 – 11yrs
Archery
Channel your inner Eros and learn the basics of target archery with our experts. No previous experience is required, simply take your best shot as the adventure team guide you through techniques and tips.
Age: 6 years old plus
Air Rifle Shooting
Hone your shooting skills with one of the manor’s .177 air rifles, under the eye of a trained expert. Suitable for both beginners or pros, our sheltered 40m range challenges all abilities.
Welfare is paramount: each and every participant is versed on safe weapon handling and the effectiveness of high-powered air rifles.

Foraging
Join a foraging expedition across the estate, gaining a better awareness of our natural surroundings. You’ll gather wild fruits, flowers and vegetables, and get up close with the fungi and flora of Estelle Manor.
It’s a great opportunity to learn about medicines, food and folklore.
Age: 5 years old plus
Introduction to Falconry
A bird of prey experience to learn all about this fascinating and ancient sport. Have a close-up encounter with owls, hawks and falcons, getting the chance to handle and fly them.
Learn their traits and habits in the wild and witness what they do best.
minimum Age: 3 years old plus
The Den
The Den is an unsupervised hangout and recreation space for kids and teenagers over the age of 8 years old. Located in the Walled Garden, The Den is complete with gaming, foosball and pool tables, a dance mat and a variety of board games.
Children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult.
The Den is complimentary and available for the children of Estelle Manor members and hotel guests.
