The Cultivating Resilience Retreat
A transformational retreat to strengthen mind, body & spirit
Sunday 22nd – Wednesday 25th June 2025
This summer, our very first Eynsham Baths retreat will take place in partnership with multi-award-winning wellness sanctuary, Kamalaya.
This first-of-its-kind retreat will see practitioners from Kamalaya travelling from Koh Samui to Eynsham Baths, alongside our extraordinary Master in Residence, Manos Dimoudis, and our team of expert practitioners for an entirely bespoke programme of classes, treatments and rituals.
Across four days, Eynsham Baths will host this transformational retreat in the midst of the Oxfordshire countryside. Guests will call Estelle Manor home whilst experiencing a tailored itinerary… from deeply spiritual Chakra Meditation to massage treatments.
The Cultivating Resilience Retreat starts from £4,299 for single occupancy and £6,999 for double occupancy in a Stable Bedroom, with members receiving a special rate. For bookings and further information, please contact our reservations team at the link below. Spaces are limited for this intimate, highly-tailored experience.

A first-of-its-kind sanctuary
Eynsham Baths comes into view down a winding path, emerging through a centuries-old forest.
The grand 3,000 sq m property has neoclassical architecture inspired by the Roman villa ruins discovered close to the estate, with sculpted stone columns, pilasters, and hand-shaped bricks. Natural light abounds, providing a serene space to unwind.

Thermal Journey
Our Thermal Journey is £145 for hotel guests. The journey moves you between six different thermal areas, from a Frigidarium to Caldarium, Tepidarium to Hay Sauna, stimulating the body’s immune system and metabolic rate, while soothing the nervous system. The Thermal Journey also includes your own private table in the Hideaway, an open-air hidden oasis, where you’ll be served a restorative healing tea. Complete with a cascading waterfall, natural wildflowers and woodland ferns, the accompanying bar is reminiscent of King Triton’s kingdom.
The team has drawn upon the clinical research from Dr. Huberman and Dr. Søberg on thermodynamics and the proven benefits of cold water and contrast therapy – depending on your state of need, there are two circuits designed to either energise and invigorate or calm and de-stress.
Please note that the Thermal Journey is a 180-minute experience, from your arrival at the baths to the end of the session (including changing time). Thermal Journeys are available daily at the following times: 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm.
The spa encompasses a vast tepidarium bathing hall with carved marble details, five thermal pools, a lounge and ten treatment rooms, including couples’ suites and thermal cabins.

Our Treatments
Ancient rituals, informed by the world’s oldest philosophies of health and longevity take place behind the doors of the treatment rooms, offering bespoke healing for the skin, psyche, and soul.
Drawing inspiration from healing rituals found within Indian, Tibetan, and Chinese traditions, treatments provide a shift at the cellular level. Cosmeceutical skincare and advanced wellness treatments are led by a careful selection of globally renowned partners, each pioneers in their field.
Our five bespoke plant remedies are specially formulated, including an array of oils, silken balms, liniments, body scrubs, soaps and facial oils. They are a form of natural medicine, guided by the wisdom of plants.
Eynsham Baths allows you to reconnect with yourself on a transformative journey of wellbeing. Carefully curated specialist experiences are also available, including our Ceremony of the Soul treatment tailored to couples in the setting of their very own suite.
Our team will be in touch upon all bedroom bookings for enquires and bookings. Please note that Eynsham Baths is open to those aged 18 years and over.

The Tea Lounge
An opulent domed space with distressed plaster walls, Eucalyptus trees and a Breccia Medicea marble bar at its heart, The Tea Lounge complements the feeling of refreshment and respite radiating throughout Eynsham Baths.
Overlooking the mezzanine tepidarium hall, the menu offers a vast tea programme, supporting everything from digestion to immunity, alongside light bites and more comforting choices.
