WOODLAND COTTAGE
Cottage information
Ideal for families, or groups of friends, these bohemian-styled woodland cottages have two bedrooms with super king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with tubs. A vaulted living room space is complete with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room table. Cosy but cool, interiors nod to West Coast cabins with American walnut offset by naturally-dyed fabrics, wood slat ceilings and earthy lanterns. This private cottage includes a bathtub.

Bluebell house
House information
A country haven, our six-bedroom barn is the largest house on the Oxfordshire estate. On arrival, de-robe in the boot room before making your way into the generous double-height living spaces.
Here you’ll find a very well-equipped dining-kitchen, as well as a comfortable living room, vintage furnishings pitched against 20th century pieces and warm, layered lighting. Three ensuite bedrooms sit on the ground floor, with a further ensuite bedroom upstairs, all with refined rural touches.
On the first floor there’s a library balcony overlooking the living room, two children’s bedrooms, and a delightful playroom, kitted out with all manner of toys, traditional board games and video games. A private garden framed by herbaceous blooming plants, provides a bucolic setting to relax and entertain. From £5000 per night, minimum two night stay.

Hollyhock
House information
Well-suited for families or groups friends, Hollyhock is a warm and comforting space with some unexpected decadent moments. The perfect base for the whole brood, with three master suites; all with emperor-king size beds, fireplaces, freestanding tubs, and private outdoor terraces. Available from July 2024 onwards. From £2700 per night, minimum two night stay.

the farriers
House information
The Farriers is a spacious and airy five-bedroom house, designed with families in mind. The ground floor includes a generous master suite and two ensuite rooms, all with emperor-king size beds and fireplaces. Two children’s bedrooms sit on the upper level, alongside a cosy mezzanine balcony.
Living areas include a dine-in kitchen, with an over-sized dining table for the whole family to congregate around. Interiors lean towards eclectic quirks, with botanically inspired fabrics, antique furnishings and vaulted, double-height ceilings. Out in the private garden you’ll find comfy seating and shaded areas for the little ones. From £3200 per night, minimum two night stay.

- Children aged between 5-12 are £50 per child per night, including breakfast.
- Children under 13 cannot stay in rooms that are located in the Manor House. Children are welcome to stay in the Walled Garden, The Stables, our Woodland Cottages and our private houses.
