Our houses offer a particularly spoiling stay with your very own personal butler, on hand to perfect your itinerary as you wish.

WOODLAND CABIN

Cottage information

Ideal for families, or groups of friends, our bohemian-styled Woodland Cabins have two bedrooms with super king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms – one with a tub. A vaulted living room space is complete with a wood-burning fireplace and dining room table. Cosy but cool, interiors nod to West Coast cabins with American walnut offset by naturally-dyed fabrics, wood slat ceilings and earthy lanterns. Please note that cabins are located beside Eynsham Baths spa and are a seven-minute walk from the Manor House.

Woodland Cabins includes access for up to four adults to our 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Eynsham Baths. Detach and relax amidst six thermal areas, including our stunning tepidarium pool, sauna and steam room.

This private cabin includes a bathtub.

Hollyhock

House information

Well-suited for groups of friends, Hollyhock is a warm and comforting space designed for generous entertaining. The perfect base for an intimate soirée, including three master suites; all with emperor-king size beds, fireplaces, freestanding tubs and private outdoor terraces. A vaulted great room comes complete with a bar; an elegant spot for hosting guests. Please note that Hollyhock is a five-minute walk from the Manor House.

House information

The Farriers is a spacious and airy five-bedroom house, designed with families in mind. The ground floor includes a generous master suite and two ensuite rooms, all with emperor-king size beds and fireplaces. Two further bedrooms sit on the upper level, alongside a cosy mezzanine balcony.

Living areas include a dine-in kitchen, with an over-sized dining table for the whole family to congregate around. Interiors lean towards eclectic quirks, with botanically inspired fabrics, antique furnishings and vaulted, double-height ceilings. Out in the private garden you’ll find comfy seating and shaded areas for the little ones. Please note that The Farriers is a five-minute walk from the Manor House.

Bluebell house

House information

A country haven, our six-bedroom barn is the largest house on the Oxfordshire estate. On arrival, de-robe in the boot room before making your way into the generous double-height living spaces.

Here you’ll find a very well-equipped dining-kitchen, as well as a comfortable living room, vintage furnishings pitched against 20th century pieces and warm, layered lighting. Three ensuite bedrooms sit on the ground floor, with a further ensuite bedroom upstairs, all with refined rural touches.

On the first floor there’s a library balcony overlooking the living room, two further bedrooms, and a delightful playroom, kitted out with all manner of toys, traditional boardgames and video games. A private garden framed by herbaceous blooming plants, provides a bucolic setting to relax and entertain. Please note that Bluebell House is a five-minute walk from the Manor House.

Game Keepers Lodge

House information

Next door to The Coach House at the bottom of a private, access-only drive, step through the door to Game Keepers’ Lodge and into the grand hallway… Settle in to the living room for shared moments, with cosy sofa seating, a window bench and its very own bar with gold finishings, taking you through to the dining room with seating for ten, a fireplace and doors leading out to a woodland garden. There’s also a private office for quiet study with a fireplace, a powder room hidden beneath the stairs, separate boot room opposite and dedicated children’s playroom.

The Cotswold stone kitchen offers serene views over the rolling countryside, with a large marble island and separate pantry, too. Upstairs, the bedrooms await… The master is a sumptuous haven, complete with a fireplace, large dressing room with a central island and two sets of double-doors leading onto a red-brick balcony to welcome the outside in. The en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and generous walk-in shower with a marble bench. There’s also a further double bedroom with ensuite, whilst another double bedroom shares access with a twin to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Please note, Game Keepers’ Lodge is an eight-minute walk from The Manor House, just a stone’s throw from Eynsham Baths.

The Coach House

House information

To the far westerly side of the estate, discover The Coach House through its own gated entrance, shared with Game Keepers’ Lodge next door. Flooded with natural light, red-brick floors set a charming Cotswold feel against minimalist, contemporary furnishings. The kitchen’s central island leads into an open-plan dining and living area, with a table for six, comfy corner sofa and high-pitched ceilings with suspended lanterns overhead.

The ground-floor master bedroom offers an ensuite, complete with a tub and doors out to the garden. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms await – one with an ensuite bathroom, the second with a separate shower-room. Please note, The Coach House is an eight-minute walk from The Manor House.
