Our restaurants include the lively Brasserie; a traditional Chinese restaurant, the billiards room; our lush Glasshouse and our Japanese restaurant, the armoury.
Please note that restaurants are bookable by members and hotel guests only.
The Brasserie
Our lively Brasserie serves an all-day menu of seasonal favourites, from local Mayfield Eggs for a hearty breakfast to cosy Oxford cheddar soufflé and our signature beef Wellington.
Including the neighbouring Orangery and a terrace area, expect south-facing views over the grounds, with hand-painted motifs scattered across the walls and bleached original wood panelling creating a fresh, refined feel.

The Billiards Room
The Billiards Room offers a menu of traditional Chinese dishes with particular focus on dim sum and showstopping favourites including char siu belly pork and an irresistible whole roast duck. Dim sum brunch is also served on Sundays… the epitome of an opulent feast.
The striking space features limed plaster walls and serpent-shaped velvet banquettes in shades of Malachite green, lit by Murano glass chandeliers overhead, whilst The Billiards’ Private Dining Room is the ideal choice for a more intimate celebration.

The Glasshouse
Nestled within our Walled Garden, our lush greenhouse serves a comforting menu of seasonal classics and all-day bites filled with our freshly grown fruit and veg.
Bring all the family to dine on wood-fired pizzas, vibrant salads with ingredients straight from the garden and hearty classics from beer-battered haddock to chicken panzanella. There’s also our special Dhaba section filled with tasty Indian dishes, plenty of puds and even a create-your-own sundae menu. A curated selection of wines is served by the glass, Champagne included, as well as refreshing cocktails and even a Pilsner on tap.

The Armoury
Enjoy chef Sergej Leonenko’s sumptuous menu of sashimi, tempura, maki and robata classics alongside Japanese tea, cocktails and sake.
The space also includes The Armoury Sushi Bar for a more casual rendez-vous setting, with elevated design details drawing inspiration from around the globe, from Morocco to India.

The Living Room
The grand Living Room bar serves all kinds of crowd-pleasing delights, from the perfect Martini to retro favourites, plus vintage wines and specially selected spirits as well as light bites from the all-day menu.
Head to The Library next door should you prefer a quieter space to relax, filled with eclectic curiosities and cosy corners, or spill out on to the South Terrace for a spot of sunshine.
