When will Eynsham Baths spa open?

Can I bring children to estelle manor?
Of course! Children are welcome to stay in the Walled Garden, The Stables, our Woodland Cottages and our private houses.
Children aged 12 and under are welcome in the Manor House until 7:30pm, with the exception of the dedicated members’ areas and the Billiards Room. Children aged 13 and over may stay in the Manor House.
Children may use the South Terrace swimming pool daily from from 9am-11am and 4pm-5pm.
The Billiards Room welcomes children over the age of 12 for dim sum brunch on Saturday and Sunday between 11:30am – 3pm.
The Brasserie welcomes children under the age of 12 up until 7:30pm.
Children are welcome to dine in The Glasshouse.
The gym in the Clubhouse is for adults only (18 years old plus).
Children under 18 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, unless they are in The Nook.
Do you provide cots or extra beds for children?
We provide cots and extra beds at a charge of £50 for children aged 5+ and there is no charge extra for children under five. We offer extra beds in our Walled Garden Rooms, and cots in the Walled Garden Rooms and Suites.
Can children have their own room?
Children can have their own room and we can book two Walled Garden Rooms adjacent to each other.
Are dogs welcome at the hotel?
We want to make sure our spaces are enjoyed by everyone – those with dogs and those without. Your furry friends are welcome in our bedrooms (with the exception of the Manor House bedrooms), the South Terrace, The Glasshouse restaurant and around the grounds. Within the Manor House, dogs are welcome in the entrance hallway, The Living Room, The Library, The Orangerie and The Members Study until 6pm.
Eynsham Baths is not dog-friendly.
To bring your dog for a stay in our bedrooms, please email reservations@estellemanor.com for further information.
Please note that they must be supervised at all times and kept off furniture. Please also keep your dog on a lead.
Do you charge for dogs to stay in hotel rooms?
For hotel guests, there will be an additional room charge of £60 per dog per stay, with additional dogs charged at £60 per dog per stay. Your dog will be provided with a dog bed, foam duvet, plastic floor mats with two bowls and a poop scoop set. Dog food is not provided.
Members receive a 50 per cent discount and will be charged an additional £30 per dog per stay, instead of £60.
Is there Disabled access in the rooms and around the manor?
We do have Disabled access and we’ve accessible rooms within the Manor House, Walled Garden and Woodland Cottages.
Is professional photography or filming allowed at Estelle Manor?
We do not permit professional photography and/or filming on the estate.
how do i pay for my stay, dining and activities at estelle manor?
Estelle Manor is a cashless property so we only accept payment by card.
What time is the South Terrace outdoor heated pool open?
The outdoor swimming pool is available every day, with children’s swimming hours taking place between 9am-11am and 4pm-5pm.
Can I invite guests to Estelle Manor while I am staying?
Please note that hotel guests cannot invite guests onto the estate, this is a benefit reserved for members only.
Activities
What can hotel guests do at Estelle Manor?
Dine in The Billiards Room, offering traditional Chinese feasting, and The Brasserie, our all-day dining space serving a menu of seasonal favourites, from Oxford cheddar soufflé and Alaskan king crab, to roasted heirloom cauliflower and beef Wellington.
Hit the Clubhouse gym, and book gym classes on the day with the team, from HIIT to Pilates.
Take part in various activities across the estate, from foraging to falconry, and axe throwing to archery.
Visit The Muse, our onsite retail store, containing a carefully curated selection of items for those who wish to take the Estelle Manor experience home. The edit is updated by season and includes homeware, clothing, footwear, accessories and fine jewellery.

Encompassing a vast tepidarium bathing hall with five thermal pools, a Tea Lounge, ten treatment rooms and couples’ suites, time softens and slows to allow you to detach and relax from the hectic pace of modern life. Our signature Thermal Journey costs £95 per person, unless stated otherwise in your room rate, and we also offer a menu of treatments inspired by ancient healing rituals. Please note, there are restricted areas for members-only.
Travel & Arrival
How do I get to Estelle Manor?
Estelle Manor is just 15 minutes from Oxford airport, and just over an hour from central London on the train, coming directly into Hanborough station or Oxford Parkway. The journey from Heathrow airport is a 1h 15 minutes drive. If you wish to arrive by helicopter, please get in touch with the team ahead of your visit.
Can I arrange an airport transfer to Estelle Manor?
Yes, we would be delighted to help with transport for you – please email the team at hello@estellemanor.com and we’ll arrange everything.
What time am I able to check in?
Check in is available from 3pm on your day of arrival, you may request an early check in at the time of booking. We will then make a note of this on your booking and do our utmost to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee it will be available.
Please be ready to depart your room by midday, a late check out can be requested with the team on check in.
